Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture special conduits per customer specifications

• Produce standard conduits as directed by the department

• Collaborate in training tinshop helpers and apprentices

• Supervise shop in the absence of management

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Tinsmith experience in HVAC, construction, or fabrication

• Proficient in reading drawings and specifications

• Strong background in sheet metal techniques and tools

• Ability to mentor apprentices effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
