This highly skilled position requires experience in hand soldering, working from blueprints, and engaging with design and manufacturing engineering teams. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining quality during the assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering for electronic systems

• Construct assemblies based on schematics and oral directions

• Conduct quality testing and necessary reworks

• Collaborate with engineering to refine assembly processes

• Handle PCBs and circuit boards expertly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associated degree is preferred

• Over two years of hands-on technical experience

• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly methods

• IPC J-STD-001 Certification required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
