• Salary: 68,000 to 70,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 30 to 35 hours per week

  Must be completed at the physical location. No remote work.

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Conduct or supervise operational programs
• Direct quality control inspections
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Use MS Office
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machine replacements
• Hire, supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning

• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge
• MS Outlook
