In this entry-level position, you will work closely with the Development and Production Departments, providing essential glassblowing services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve operating glassblowing equipment and ensuring maintenance of tools and machinery. You’ll collaborate with team members to design prototypes and assist in emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate complex glass apparatus for development and production

• Operate torches, glassblowing lathes, and annealing ovens

• Maintain glass equipment in working condition

• Assist in testing and commissioning new equipment

• Collaborate effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation plus glassblowing apprenticeship

• Minimum of three years of glassblowing experience

• Knowledge of glass fabrication techniques and thermal shock tolerances

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills

• Ability to assist with designing prototype equipment
