In this Facility Operator role, you'll engage in manufacturing asphaltic products, conduct preventative maintenance, and perform various general labour tasks. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks while following standard procedures established by the McAsphalt Operations department. This position runs on a rotating shift basis, with overtime required as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility

• Assist in polymer production and preparation solutions

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Conduct preventative maintenance as required

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• Demonstrate physical fitness and mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver's license preferred with clean record

• Basic computer literacy as an asset

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
