This role involves designing ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS products, collaborating with other experts to ensure signal integrity and performance. You will lead large design blocks, mentor peers, and track the successful delivery of projects. Your high-energy approach and problem-solving skills will be essential for success in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and validate high-speed IC systems
• Work with cross-functional design and validation teams
• Mentor junior engineers and share best design practices
• Ensure compliance with power integrity and signal specifications
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, or Master’s plus 6 years
• Expertise in high-speed IC design, including phase-locked loops
• Experience with layout techniques in high-frequency circuits
• Familiarity with Cadence tools and mixed-signal simulations
• Knowledge of lab validation methodologies
Contribute to the pioneering efforts in optical communications with Acacia.
