Production Operator in Brockville

Become a key contributor as a Production Operator at our client's manufacturing facility in Brockville, ON. Operate machinery on rotating shifts while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Our client is seeking motivated candidates to join their manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment efficiently and safely while adhering to Lean and 5S principles. You will conduct regular quality checks and participate in troubleshooting to ensure optimal plant processes and equipment functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance

• Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs

• Adapt to changing production demands and priorities

• Contribute to meeting safety and productivity goals

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts

• Must reside in Canada and meet Controlled Goods Clearance

• Previous PIV experience is a plus

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
