We seek a skilled Bread Baker with 3 to 5 years of experience who can manage both baking and staff effectively.
Your role includes creating delicious breads and rolls while ensuring an efficient workflow in the kitchen. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends will be a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake mixed dough and specialty orders
• Supervise kitchen staff and production schedules
• Maintain quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements:
• Other trades certificate or diploma in baking
• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
• Strong client-focused approach
• Successful criminal record check required
