Join the Safariland Group as a Cutting Operator responsible for producing high-quality fabric pieces for production. Ensure precision in cutting while adhering to patterns and instructions.

This role involves managing the cutting process, emphasizing material handling and quality checks. The Cutting Operator must have experience or knowledge of fabrics and will verify markers before cutting. Attention to detail is critical, as is teamwork, in order to maintain production schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials onto cutting table using proper lifting techniques

• Identify fabric characteristics and ensure correct orientation

• Stage cut pieces for production lines and inventory

• Verify marker positions against manufacturing orders

• Inspect and assess fabric for defects before cutting

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education or relevant experience

• 13 months to 2 years in cutting or sewing roles

• Basic math skills and good communication abilities

• Flexibility to work varying shifts

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
