Key Responsibilities- Design and validate high-speed IC systems
- Work with cross-functional design and validation teams
- Mentor junior engineers and share best design practices
- Ensure compliance with power integrity and signal specifications
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, or Master’s plus 6 years
- Expertise in high-speed IC design, including phase-locked loops
- Experience with layout techniques in high-frequency circuits
- Familiarity with Cadence tools and mixed-signal simulations
- Knowledge of lab validation methodologies
Contribute to the pioneering efforts in optical communications with Acacia.
