Dollco Print Solutions is seeking a Bindery Knife Operator (Cutter) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to operate bindery equipment and ensure high quality in a safe work environment.

As a Bindery Knife Operator at Dollco Print Solutions Group, you will be involved in daily operations of our Bindery department.

Your role will require expertise in using guillotines, folders, and other bindery equipment to finish print materials accurately. This position emphasizes quality assurance and adherence to safety standards throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bindery machinery during production

• Set up equipment following specific project instructions

• Inspect materials for defects to meet quality standards

• Train machine helpers and fellow operators on procedures

• Conduct routine safety checks on equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent experience

• Proven experience with commercial bindery equipment

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Effective multitasking in a fast-paced setting
