Position: Ottawa Chemical Operations Leadership Role
Take charge as the Chemical Operations leader at SABIC in Ottawa, responsible for production and EHS&S compliance. Lead teams to achieve operational excellence and safety goals.

This role requires managing the Chem-Ops Production Area's multiple lines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and driving team performance. You will be responsible for strategic decision-making and the implementation of initiatives supporting business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set production parameters and targets for operations

• Identify and address safety and environmental issues

• Develop and execute Unit Technology Plans

• Manage and implement capital projects

• Coach and empower team members for success

Requirements:

• 9-12 years in chemical manufacturing expertise

• 5-7 years in a leadership capacity preferred

• Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment

• Proven ability to inspire and develop teams

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
