Position: Support Role in Millwork Team
Join Farm Boy's Millwork team as a Shop Hand and help create high-quality displays and cabinetry. This hands-on position requires dedication to craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will support the preparation and assembly of various millwork components while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You'll be involved in sanding, staining, and maintaining an organized workspace while assisting in on-site installations for cabinets and displays. Collaboration and following safety protocols are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare components through sanding and staining

• Train on assembly tasks for smaller displays

• Support larger assembly work for cabinets

• Ensure safe transportation of completed work

• Keep the workspace clean and organized

Requirements:

• Experience in a related industry

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Physically capable of handling heavy materials
