Packaging Team Leader at FGF

Lead the packaging line at FGF with hands-on leadership as a Team Leader. You'll ensure quality packaging and timely product delivery while fostering teamwork and mutual respect.

As a Team Leader in Packaging, you report directly to the Line Leader and will oversee packaging operations, train team members, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Your role includes managing labelling operations and maintaining safety at all times. This position requires experience in a manufacturing environment, with food or bakery experience being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to promote teamwork

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and feedback sessions

• Train and mentor packaging team members

• Verify packaging materials and product placement

• Operate labelling machinery efficiently

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a manufacturing setting

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Physically fit to move objects up to 40 kg

• Flexibility for shift work including weekends
