Position: Production Planner at MKS Instruments
Become an Associate Production Planner for MKS Instruments, coordinating domestic factory workflows to meet customer demands on time. Drive production schedules and enhance fulfillment efficiency in this key role.

In the Associate Production Planner position, you will support daily operations, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Materials. Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, liaising between demand and supply teams, and improving capacity planning processes. Engage in new product development and track key performance indicators to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly production schedules to align with business goals

• Manage sales order ship dates to meet customer demands

• Assist S&OP team in capacity planning improvements

• Monitor lead times and recommend inventory control enhancements

• Participate in new product launches and material disposition

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of planning experience

• Professional APICS CPIM certification preferred

• Internship experience in planning or supply chain

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred

• Ability to collaborate within diverse teams
