Position: Dollco Bindery Knife Operator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bindery equipment with precision

• Setup machinery based on project work orders

• Inspect completed work for defects

• Train and guide other operators and helpers

• Conduct equipment safety and maintenance checks

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education or equivalent

• Experience with machine bindery operations

• Capable of safely lifting up to 35 pounds

• High attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
