Position: Concrete Production Supervisor Role
Lead production excellence as a Supervisor at Permacon’s Metcalfe facility.

Your role ensures team leadership, adherence to safety standards, and product quality monitoring.

As a crucial member of Permacon, you will oversee operations in our Ottawa plant by supervising hourly staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your effective leadership will involve conducting training sessions, managing schedules, and participating in routine inspections. This position is essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and staff

• Conduct inspections to maintain high product quality

• Issue work permits and manage employee schedules

• Participate in inventory counts and OHS inspections

• Mobilize the team to ensure optimal productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma from high school or a technical field

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proven leadership and initiative skills

• Strong communication capabilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & ERP systems
