Overview
Build Precision Electronics as a Skilled Wave Solder Operator in a High-Tech Manufacturing Environment. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Wave Solder Operator in the Manufacturing & Electronics Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and quality matter. As a Wave Solder Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality electronic assemblies by operating specialized equipment, performing detailed inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Operate wave solder equipment to produce electronic assemblies
- Assemble components following technical drawings and procedures
- Inspect products and document quality results
- Identify and elevate production or quality issues
- Perform rework and modifications based on engineering instructions
- Execute inventory control and cycle counting tasks
- Maintain accurate production and process data records
- Support team members and assist with training as needed
- Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in electronics or manufacturing
- Complete post‑secondary training in electronics assembly or equivalent experience
- Apply strong soldering skills including PCB rework and repair
- Interpret technical drawings, procedures, and process documents
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and production software tools
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross‑functional teams
- Manage multiple tasks in a structured, repetitive environment
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards consistently
Compensation: $19.00 hourly. Consist ant Monday - Friday schedule from 4 pm - 11 pm (training from 8 am - 4 pm).
