Precision Manufacturing Engineer

Your role will be essential in overseeing manufacturing efficiency, conducting thorough inspections, and refining production documentation. You will apply your engineering knowledge to perform PFMEA and contribute to vital PSO and PPAP processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify root causes and propose impactful solutions

• Test products and manage inspections across production phases

• Develop or revise procedural documentation as necessary

• Facilitate PFMEA to mitigate manufacturing risks

• Supervise and train team members for operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Electrical Engineering

• Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace

• Familiarity with PFMEA and Continuous Improvement strategies

• Knowledge of GD & T practices

• Experience with ISO 9001:2000 or AS9100 beneficial
