Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily execution of production tasks

• Oversee materials management on the production floor

• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance

• Implement effective training programs for team members

• Collaborate with engineering for SOP improvements

Requirements:

• High School/GED required

• 2+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role

• Capable of using MRP software

• Forklift operation experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
