VDC & Fabrication Coordinator

Position: VDC & Fabrication Coordinator Role
Lead the connection between VDC and shop operations as a VDC & Fabrication Coordinator with Modern Niagara. Your expertise in drawings and workflow management will streamline fabrication processes and reporting.

This role is central to enhancing communication between production teams and supporting quality assurance in fabrication projects. You will coordinate drawings, manage production data, and align strategies with shop and project teams, ensuring that operational processes meet strict quality standards. An independent and organized mindset is crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely on drawing revisions with VDC teams

• Monitor and report on production metrics and workflow

• Prepare and distribute accurate production reports

• Manage timesheet submissions and operational documentation

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in the shop

Requirements:

• 3+ years in fabrication or relevant manufacturing environments

• Technical or business education, or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of ERP and fabrication software

• Experience with VDC workflows preferred
