This role within the Cosma International group at Magna involves significant responsibilities in scheduling and supply chain management. As a Master Scheduler, you will run weekly MRPs, liaise with suppliers, and manage inventory levels in line with customer demands. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying capacity gaps and opportunities, ensuring seamless operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate production schedules based on internal demands
• Communicate MRP outcomes and handle supplier acknowledgment
• Monitor KPI metrics for production efficiency
• Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration on scheduling
• Execute necessary purchasing requirements for production
Requirements:
• Proven experience in scheduling within manufacturing
• Proficient in MRP systems and communication tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in logistics and inventory management
• Awareness of health and safety regulations
