As a full-time Manufacturing Team Member, you will be engaged in various aspects of production including CNC setup, extruder monitoring, and robotic line operations. We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals who can handle heavy loads and operate equipment. You will play a crucial role in creating superior outdoor furniture using 100% recycled materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload parts into robotic lines
• Operate CNC tools and monitor machine quality
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Record production metrics and manage scrap levels
• Maintain a clean working environment daily
Requirements:
• Experience with power tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents
• Excellent attention to detail
• Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work various shifts
