Shift Production Management at AMBICO

Be a key player in managing production processes at AMBICO as a Shift Production Manager. Lead teams to ensure quality and compliance in manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate production operations and direct team efforts to meet plant goals.

Your role includes coaching Lead Hands and ensuring adherence to production standards. You will also monitor key production metrics and address potential issues proactively to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Lead Hands in implementing production strategies

• Maintain workflow consistency and uphold quality standards

• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation

• Identify and resolve issues impacting production timelines

• Collaborate to support safety and performance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing leadership role

• Strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies

• Skilled in production flow management and operational efficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems

• Educated in manufacturing, operations or related fields preferred
