Position: Senior Complex Repair Operator Needed
Renaissance in Kanata, ON is on the lookout for a Senior Complex Repair Operator. Engage with intricate repair tasks in the telecommunications and electronics industry.

As part of the Operations Department, you will be responsible for performing detailed repair, rework, and assembly functions. Candidates should bring experience in PCB inspections, BGA replacements, and soldering to meet the high standards expected. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be valued as you exceed daily output requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair damaged PCBs

• Perform soldering to IPC
610 standards effectively

• Handle intricate BGA removal and replacement

• Analyze x-ray images for repair validation

• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities

Requirements:

• Electronic Technician/Technologist Diploma is an asset

• Proven experience in electronic assembly processes

• Strong manual dexterity and detail orientation

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Willingness to work overtime and stay proactive
