Position: CNC Machinist with Leadership Skills
ICOR Technology seeks a skilled CNC Machinist who can lead and mentor. Manage CNC operations while ensuring quality and safety in a precision shop environment.

This role is tailored for a machinist with over 5 years of experience, who can set up and troubleshoot various CNC machines independently. You will play an essential role in interpreting complex engineering documents and optimizing machining processes. The position also involves mentoring junior machinists and engaging in continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently troubleshoot CNC machines and operations

• Develop and optimize machining processes effectively

• Verify dimensions using precision measuring tools

• Mentor junior team members in machining practices

• Maintain compliance with safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of CNC machining experience required

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and Mastercam software

• Strong understanding of CNC processes and tooling

• Experience with a wide range of machining materials

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
