Spot Welder at AMBICO

Join AMBICO, a leading manufacturer, as a Spot Welder and contribute to assembling high-performance doors and frames. This on-site role focuses on spot welding and equipment maintenance, providing a vibrant work environment and a supportive atmosphere.

As a Spot Welder, you will report directly to the Lead Hand in a Monday to Friday position. You'll be responsible for accurately spot welding reinforcements, marking door skins, and maintaining essential part inventories. Ideal candidates should have experience with sheet metal and power tools in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spot weld reinforcements in doors and frames

• Mark door skins before reinforcement installation

• Operate the spot welder machine

• Use power tools and plasma for part production

• Maintain equipment and part inventories

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Experience with sheet metal and steel doors

• Familiarity with power tools and heavy machinery

• Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing
