This full-time role requires you to report to the Supervisor, Cultivation – Flower Room. You will focus on the daily health and care of cannabis plants, implementing critical techniques to ensure successful cultivation.

Your role is vital in adhering to both Health Canada’s Cannabis Act and Aurora’s established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor crop health and report findings

• Release biological control agents as needed

• Participate in cultivation activities like pruning

• Follow Health Canada and GMP regulations

• Identify and correct safety hazards

Requirements:

• Basic plant care understanding beneficial

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills required

• Must work autonomously with precision

• Ability to handle physical duties, including lifting
