Elevate your career as a Precision Machinist where you can earn $32.00 to $38.00 hourly. Your expertise in measuring, assembling, and repairing machine parts is essential in this dynamic position.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Machinist to interpret engineering drawings and accurately assemble components. You will set up and operate both conventional and computer-controlled machine tools. A Machinist Trade Certification and experience working with precision measuring tools are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
• Measure and lay out work pieces for assembly
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Repair machine tools and maintain inspection records
• Verify dimensions using precise measuring instruments
Requirements:
• Valid Machinist Trade Certification
• Completion of Level three or four apprenticeship training
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to handle weight up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
