Our client is seeking two Production Supervisors to enhance its operations team amidst ongoing expansion. You will oversee production throughout your shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will cultivate a positive workplace culture while facilitating employee development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach production teams to meet daily targets

• Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow efficiently

• Monitor productivity and enforce safety standards

• Identify and implement solutions for production bottlenecks

• Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in manufacturing with leadership experience

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
