As part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, CBM Aggregates is on the lookout for a dedicated Plant/Loader Operator. You will operate various heavy equipment with a focus on safety and performance.

This role offers essential training and emphasizes teamwork while working 11-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety culture with inspections and reports

• Operate equipment including loaders and hand tools

• Conduct maintenance tasks on plant machinery

• Foster a positive attitude and teamwork environment

• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 required

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transport

• Ability to work long shifts, punctual attendance

• Commitment to ongoing learning and training

• OSSGD or equivalent certification required
