Optimize production processes as a Standard Work Analyst at Toromont Reman in Bradford, ON. This full-time role focuses on developing standardized work processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

As a Standard Work Analyst, you'll be a critical part of Toromont's team, responsible for documenting and refining work instructions across all production operations. You will collaborate with Production leaders and Process Engineering to identify inefficiencies and improve processes continuously. Your insights will contribute to driving labor efficiency and ensuring the sustainability of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions

• Conduct time studies and establish accurate cycle times

• Analyze workflows and balance tasks across operators

• Identify and recommend process improvements

• Audit adherence to standard work processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with 3 years’ industry experience

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Technical aptitude;
Heavy Equipment Technician experience preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Adaptable with strong organizational skills
