As a Production Team Leader, you will guide daily manufacturing activities s role demands strong leadership skills to achieve safety and productivity goals while fostering a positive work environment. You'll coordinate scheduling, troubleshoot production problems, and provide training to associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety standards remain a priority in production
• Organize job assignments and workflow to boost efficiency
• Address capacity constraints and manage material movements
• Assist in training manufacturing associates and maintaining communication
• Complete administrative duties related to production staff
Requirements:
• College diploma or relevant manufacturing supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Willingness to work shifts and be on-call
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Results-driven with a focus on problem-solving
