Job Summary

We are hiring dedicated and physically fit Factory Workers for manufacturing and packaging units across Canada. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates seeking employment in production, assembly, and warehouse-connected operations. Selected candidates may be considered by employers offering LMIA-supported work positions
, subject to Canadian immigration policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate basic production and packaging machinery

  • Pack, label, and sort finished products

  • Assist in assembly line operations

  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and factory areas

  • Follow safety rules and company procedures

  • Support supervisors with daily production tasks

Requirements
  • No formal education required

  • Ability to perform physical work and stand for long hours

  • Basic English communication preferred

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (day/night)

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Salary & Benefits
  • Hourly Wage: CAD $17 – $24 per hour (depending on location and employer)
