Production Supervisor

Our client is expanding its production capacity and seeks two dynamic Production Supervisors to join their dedicated operations team. You will supervise and enhance production processes across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Your role is essential in fostering teamwork while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach production employees and Lead Hands for daily objectives

• Monitor operational performance and quality controls

• Manage labor, materials, and production workflows

• Identify bottlenecks and improve process efficiencies

• Promote health and safety policies among teams

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in a manufacturing setting

• Leadership experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor

• Understanding of production planning and scheduling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingualism is preferred
