Factory & Manufacturing Manager

I'm working on a confidential search in Ottawa for a Factory & Manufacturing Manager to help build and launch a new food production facility from the ground up

.I'm specifically looking for someone who has built, launched, redesigned or significantly scaled a food manufacturing operation - not just managed an existing facility.

You'll be involved right from the beginning - facility and production design, equipment selection, HACCP and food safety, SOPs and quality control - and then building and leading the production team once operational.

Experience in beverage, frozen food, confectionery, dessert, dairy or fruit processing would be especially relevant.
