As a Cutting Operator, you will supply accurately cut fabric pieces to our production line, requiring inspection for defects and correct layering. You will also operate cutting equipment and ensure all cutting processes meet our quality standards. Attention to detail and teamwork are crucial to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and prep fabric on cutting tables
• Verify right-side-up fabric before cutting
• Ensure cut pieces are staged properly
• Conduct visual inspections of fabric quality
• Maintain accurate production documentation
Requirements:
• 13 months to 2 years related experience
• Strong oral and written communication
• Good manual dexterity and math skills
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts
• Team-oriented mindset in modular settings
