Elevate your skills with a CNC Operator position at a furniture manufacturing company. This on-site role requires expertise in programming and operating woodworking machines for high-quality production.
As a CNC Operator, your primary duties will involve setting up and operating a range of woodworking machines. You'll be tasked with fabricating wooden components, operating gluing machines, and following specifications or instructions. Attention to detail is crucial as you’ll clean and maintain machinery for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual woodworking machines
• Fabricate and repair wooden parts for furniture and fixtures
• Operate gluing machines for wood assembly
• Read and interpret instructions and specifications
• Clean and lubricate machines, replacing parts as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in woodworking is an asset
• Forklift Operator Certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
