BWXT Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Join BWXT as a Manufacturing Engineer
Join BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada as a Manufacturing Engineer in Arnprior, Ontario, to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence. Manage documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

As a critical team member, you will lead optimization efforts in BWXT NEC’s manufacturing operations. This role demands strong skills in process documentation, compliance, and team training. By implementing innovative solutions, you will help maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity

• Regularly monitor and update compliance in manufacturing processes

• Develop and present cases for future equipment investments

• Facilitate employee training for equipment safety

• Oversee the introduction of new products and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering

• Strong understanding of industrial machinery

• Proficiency in blueprint reading

• Experience with CNC programming is advantageous
