In this permanent, full-time position, the Electro-Mechanical Assembler will report directly to the Production Manager while working within a dedicated team of technical experts. Key Responsibilities:

• Construct high-quality electromechanical assemblies

• Analyze BOMs and drawings for accuracy

• Execute fine soldering using specialized equipment

• Participate in process enhancement and cross-training initiatives

• Collaborate with R&D on product design and manufacturing

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Mechanical and electronics assembly background

• Competence in using assembly tools

• Strong skills in fine soldering and precision work

• Familiarity with optics is an asset
