EFS-plastics Wash Line Operator

Position: Join EFS-plastics as a Wash Line Operator
Location: North Perth

Join EFS-plastics Inc. in Listowel, Ontario as a full-time Wash Line Operator focused on monitoring processes and ensuring product quality on weekends.

In this key role reporting to the Plant Manager, you will monitor state-of-the-art processing lines, conduct quality checks, and support mechanical repairs. Your work will not only enhance our recycling processes but also contribute significantly to our sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee automated processing lines for efficiency

• Perform ongoing quality inspections on all products

• Assist in machinery repair and maintenance tasks

• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Report equipment issues to the shift lead

Requirements:

• Background in manufacturing or industrial work

• Mechanical and equipment knowledge is a must

• Forklift and health & safety certification required

• Open-minded and eager to receive feedback

• Must have a dependable and punctual attendance record
