Dollco Print Solutions is looking for a skilled Bindery Operator to support our production in Ottawa. In this position, you'll set up binding machinery and handle various aspects of quality control. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up perfect binding machinery

• Conduct maintenance on binding equipment and ensure effectiveness

• Inspect finished products and maintain production records

• Manage binder consumables effectively

• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education preferred

• Experience with perfect binding systems and adhesives

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork ability

• Capability of lifting up to 35 pounds and thriving in a fast-paced environment
