This full-time position reports to the Production Manager and focuses on the assembly of high-quality electromechanical products. With a background in electronics manufacturing and strong communication skills, the ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality electromechanical assemblies

• Interpret BOMs and drawings for assembly accuracy

• Execute high-precision soldering techniques

• Work cross-functionally to enhance processes

• Interface with R&D on new product introductions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing

• Assembly skills in mechanical and electronics

• Familiarity with assembly tools and multimeters

• Proven ability in fine soldering and mechanical aptitude

• IPC-A-610 or J-Standard certification advantageous
