Perth-Electrical Assembler
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Perth-Electrical Assembler to join their team. As a Perth-Electrical Assembler I - , you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and wiring operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Location: Perth, ON
Pay Range: $20.50
Shift: Either 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F or 7:00am to 5:30pm M-Th with OT on Friday
What's the Job?
- Assemble and wire standard & engineered control assemblies based on drawings, specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Determine wiring sequence, layout, and component placement to ensure proper assembly.
- Perform testing to verify the functionality and safety of assembled products.
- Work in compliance with CSA, UL, CEC codes, and company quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety and quality programs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Experience with drilling equipment is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
