This full-time, onsite role involves leading an experienced group of Test Technicians in a certified AS-9100D environment. Your responsibilities will encompass managing performance, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adequate training. Collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager will be vital to identify staffing needs and ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct assembly and testing efforts for MS1000 sensors

Requirements:
• Demonstrated team leadership in manufacturing
