In this pivotal role, you will oversee Test Technicians responsible for assembly, testing, and documentation of all testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct team efforts on MS1000 sensor testing and assembly
• Foster a cohesive team culture and work environment
• Manage performance and training for all Test Technicians
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs
• Follow non-conformance management processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Technology or equivalent
• At least 10 years in a manufacturing setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Ability to obtain NATO Security Clearance
