Adecco is currently hiring Mechanical Assemblers for full-time opportunities with leading manufacturers in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

- Pay Rate: starting at $19.00/hour
- Location: Ottawa, ON (and surrounding areas)
- Shifts Available:
o Days: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
o Afternoons: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
o Nights: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
o Shift premiums available for afternoon and night shifts - Job type: Temporary | Full-time

- Assemble mechanical components following drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to complete assemblies
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify and report assembly or production issues
- Support production targets while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Work closely with team members and Team Leads to keep production moving smoothly
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Machine operation experience
- Robotics or automated equipment experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing, assembly, or production work
- Experience using hand tools and pneumatic tools
- Comfortable using computers and manufacturing systems (Excel, ERP systems, production software)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
