Production Operator

Shifts: overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + 12% shift premium = $21.84/hour

Contract: Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension

Location: Nepean, Ottawa

• Accurately dispense and add raw materials into the manufacturing process according to established procedures and specifications.
• Operate and monitor production equipment within a clean room environ ment.
• Use computerized systems to track production orders, inventory, and daily performance metrics (KPIs).
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Complete production documentation accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Support production line operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with clean room requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically active work for 8-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling materials and operating equipment.
• Comfortable using computer systems for production tracking and documentation.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work effectively in a highly regulated manufacturing environ ment.
• Comfortable working around animal blood and blood-derived products.
• Comfortable working in a production environ ment where mild odors may be present.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently when required.

This is a Contract position based out of Nepean, ON.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Nepean,ON.
