As a Senior Systems Engineering Analyst, you'll join the Headquarters Systems Engineering Team, focusing on the Canadian Armed Forces' complex C5
ISR-T program.
Your role involves developing system requirements, modeling using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and contextualizing operational use cases. You'll define detailed design aspects while working closely with the Department of National Defence and delivering mission-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and define system requirements with the DND
• Develop sequence and use case diagrams for mission scenarios
• Create system requirements and interface specifications
• Manage requirement traceability and testing artifacts
• Utilize MBSE techniques for system views
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 7-10+ years of systems engineering experience
• Proficiency in MBSE and requirements linking
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Experience with complex systems required
