Adecco is currently hiring Production Workers for full-time temporary opportunities in Smiths Falls, ON .
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking experience in packaging, production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, and material handling. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
No manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment.
- Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
- Location: Smiths Falls, ON
- Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

- Perform material handling and product movement as required
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately

- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Support multiple production departments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Contribute to quality, productivity, and waste reduction initiatives
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Safety shoes required
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
